Spreadsheet Data Transfer

I have a question that might be easy but I can't figure it out. At my work I I have a Kingsoft Spread Sheet with columns titled "Client Name", "E-Mail", "Address", "DOB"  "Payment Date 1" "Payment Date 2" and "Payment Date 3". Is there a way for example after I input the date like this

Name E-Mail                 Address          DOB         Payment 1          Payment 2        Payment 3
Chris 31 Main Street 9/5/1974   6/30/17             6/7/2017          6/14/2017

that I have another spreadsheet that automatically fetches

The Name and Payment 1 Payment 2 and Payment 3..

Basically I want one spreadsheet that I input all the client information into. and from there the name and payment dates go to a separate spreadsheet automatically.

Any Help?
