Kingsoft Office start supporting .docx, ,xlsx, .pptx files now.

Currently Kingsoft opens these files, but doesn't let you edit them. These formats have been here for nearly 6 years, the suite would be perfect if it starts supporting them.

Sorry Kingsoft does alllow you to edit docx and pptx files but saves them in doc and ppt format only.

Kingsoft office 2013 ( supports open, read and edit and save as doc, docx,  pt, xls, xlsx in currently version.

Yup, I just hope saving to docx and pptx will soon be implemented, and this will might the first freeware office suite to support it. Kingsoft will be perfect then

I have posted a question some 3 years ago ..but did not get an ANSWER !!!!!
Does Kingsoft Office (2013) has a "clipboard" ...   

and the last one :  Does it come in FRENCH ???????

I got the Office Professional "One Year" Version from the bitsdujour offer the other day. I noticed that I can't save DOCX, and the giveaway version is not the most recent build. Is there some way to upgrade this version? The auto updater is saying I have the most recent version, which is build 4088. Seems the build I need is 4256. So do I download the trial and install over the one I got?
