Well worth the cost in light of what MS charges for their Office Suite.  I own a full license as well.

I'm not aware of a time limit but you should be aware of an installation limit.  That is, you can only install it a few times and then it won't recognize your registration.  If you frequently upgrade PCs or just need to do a clean installation of your OS and reinstall your apps, you will have a limited number of times you can do that before you must purchase it again.  I realize they need to protect the product from oversharing/theft, but you should be aware of that limitation.

I had purchased a pro license a year or two ago and recently bought a new PC.  I installed a fresh copy of Windows 8.1 and then had to reinstall the OS again due to problems.  After realizing 8.1 just wasn't happy with my new PC   I formatted and went back to Windows 7.  But after three installations and activations of KSO, it finally told me I had used up my allowable installations and it wouldn't consider it registered.    I wish it were like the other software I have that once you buy it, you can install it any number of times.

So now I just use the free version which I think will be fine for me.  It's stil a great piece of software and much cheaper than MS Office.

I bought kingsoft2013 pro and re-installed it several times, and you are right it only allows 3 installs. However I emailed Kingsoft and they gave me a new product code so I could re-install it, It's a pain but I've done this twice.

I also had a question about whether we get free updates for 2013 pro, and if so how do we update it.
